The Municipality of Malimono officially marked the opening of a new Automated Teller Machine (ATM) of the Land Bank of the Philippines through a blessing and ribbon-cutting ceremony held last Janury 27, 2026.

The event was led by Reverend Father Renato Duarte, who offered a solemn blessing for the facility, invoking faith and goodwill as the ATM begins its service to the community.

The newly installed ATM is now fully operational and ready to dispense cash, providing residents with convenient, secure, and accessible banking services. This development is expected to greatly benefit families, small business owners, and workers by making financial transactions easier and bringing essential banking services closer to home.

Mayor Arnel Amalla expressed his gratitude to the Land Bank of the Philippines for its continued partnership and support in advancing the development of Malimono. Appreciation was also extended to all those who attended and supported the meaningful occasion.
