2. Building Inspection 2.1 Conduct actual inspection of the completed building structure. Prepare inspection report and if found the building had deviations from the approved plan, the applicant will be given an inspection report that list the need correction. Then re- inspection will follow to check the deficiencies stated in the inspection report have been complied.
